Thanks for choosing this application (the “App” or “Software”) and related services (the “Service”) provided by Hong Kong Moktri Cultural Technology Limited (“we”, “our” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain and protect your information when you use the App or Service, and the rights and choices available to you. It applies to the App distributed through Apple App Store, Google Play and other authorized channels. It does not apply to third-party websites, services or applications that we do not operate.

By accessing, viewing or using the App or Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App or Service.

1. What information do we collect?

1.1 Information collected automatically

When you use the App or Service, we may automatically collect limited technical and usage information through APIs provided by the operating system of your device. This may include your device type, operating-system type and version, App version, configuration and settings, Internet service provider, IP address, advertising identifier where permitted by your device settings and applicable law, WLAN status, and information about when and how you use the App or Service.

You may reset or restrict the advertising identifier through your device settings. We do not use an advertising identifier to identify you directly.

1.2 Information you provide to us

1) Photos and videos. When you choose a feature that requires visual material, we collect the photos or videos that you select, capture, upload or submit, only as necessary to provide that feature. Camera, photo, video and file access are controlled by the permission settings of iOS, Android or your other device operating system. If you deny or later disable a permission, the related feature may not work.

2) Prompts and other inputs. When you submit an AI generation request, we collect the prompts, text, editing instructions, parameters and other creative settings that you enter or submit.

3) Generation results. We collect and process the images, videos or other files generated from your request, together with task status, timestamps and necessary technical information, so that we can return the result to you and display it in your creation history.

4) Support information. If you contact us through the support section or email, we may collect your email address, name, user ID and the information you voluntarily provide in your request.

5) Other feature permissions. If you use a shortcut or related component, the App may read the installed-app list to determine whether the corresponding third-party app exists. If you use a device-panel component, the App may request Bluetooth permission to read the current Bluetooth status. These permissions are used only for the corresponding feature.

1.3 Purchases and subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or other in-app item, Apple may process the transaction through the Apple App Store, or Google may process it through Google Play, depending on your device and distribution channel. We may receive purchase item, subscription time, transaction status and payment time. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Payment information is processed under Apple’s or Google’s applicable terms and privacy policy.

2. How do we use your information?

We use information to operate, maintain, update, improve and customize the App and Service; provide features and support; process complaints and feedback; notify you of updates; handle disputes; prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; and comply with applicable law.

For your creative data, our purposes are limited to uploading and temporarily storing selected photos or videos, processing your AI generation request, returning the generation result, displaying the relevant material and result in your creation history, troubleshooting and maintaining service security, and fulfilling legal obligations. We do not sell your creative data or use it for unrelated advertising targeting.

We collect and use information on the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity and with the permissions or other lawful basis required by applicable law. If a new purpose arises, we will notify you and update this Privacy Policy before processing for that new purpose where required.

3. Sharing information with third parties

We may share information where required by law, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, or with service providers that process information on our behalf. We require those providers to keep data secure, use it only for the agreed purpose, comply with applicable data-protection laws, and provide protection no less protective than this Privacy Policy.

To complete an AI generation request that you initiate, we may provide the minimum data necessary (your selected photos or videos, prompts, and necessary task or result information) to:

1) Alibaba Cloud Object Storage, for uploading, storing and retrieving source materials, generation results and related files;

2) xAI (Grok), only when you choose a relevant model, to process the AI request and return the result;

3) ByteDance/Volcengine (Jimeng/Seedream), only when you choose a relevant model, to process the AI request and return the result; and

4) Kuaishou (Kling AI), only when you choose a relevant model, to process the AI request and return the result.

The actual recipient depends on the feature and model you select. A provider that is not used for a request will not receive that request’s data. We will not share creative data for unrelated purposes. If you ask us to delete information shared with a provider, we will make a reasonable request to that provider, subject to legal, backup and security-retention requirements.

4. How long do we retain your information?

We retain personal information, including photos, videos, prompts, generation results and creation records, only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, the performance of our agreement with you, security, dispute handling, backups or legal obligations. When the applicable purpose or retention period ends, we will delete or anonymize the information.

You may delete content through the App’s creation-history or file-management features, or request deletion by contacting us. Deletion may take a reasonable time. Necessary copies in backups, logs, accounting records or security systems may remain for the period required for those purposes and will then be deleted or anonymized.

5. International data transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries or regions outside your own. Where required, we will use legally recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers and require recipients to provide protection equivalent to this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or request deletion by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

6. Third-party websites or apps

The Service may contain links to websites or apps operated by third parties. Those third parties may independently collect information. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before using them.

7. How do we protect your information?

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, permission management and provider management. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, copy, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information and withdraw permissions or consent. You may disable camera, photo, video, file, Bluetooth or other permissions in iOS, Android or your device settings. You may also delete creation records in the App.

To exercise a right, request deletion, clear creation history or withdraw authorization, contact us at the email in Section 11. Please include your account information and request scope. We may conduct reasonable identity verification and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Withdrawal may prevent use of the related feature but does not affect prior lawful processing.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 or the applicable statutory minimum age in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and its effective date in the App or on this page. We will provide additional notice for material changes where required.
